Didn't think of this - hence why collaboration is awesome - but it may actually be worthwhile allowing the use of /alert elsewhere in the Discord, but the alert message is just always posted to #systems-dev.

So...

  • Allow posting of an alert in any channel, send to #systems-dev
  • Require being a Sailor

Then if anyone abuses it the mods can just be the living crap out of them 😉
