Command /user was previously known as /info prior to v2.3. However, in my infinite wisdom, I did not change the logging line for the command. So in the logs it still outputs that the command /info was ran on someone.

Desired functionality is that it should say /user. I should also audit all logging lines in user_cmd just to be safe.
