SierraKomodo recently removed an individual due to some very bad behavior elsewhere. There are also Discord members I know that warrant such that aren't yet present.

Desired functionality is that EnduraBot monitors incoming members against a "blacklist" of sorts (not to be confused with /blacklist) and, if such a person joins, they are automatically removed and an alert sent to a designated channel.
