The current standard prior to #130 is that the header:

--- Friday, November 07, 2025 (20251107) | 05:02 ---

Have no spacing before or after it. However, in #130, I added newlines above it when the header is created. This violates precedent.

Desired functionality is to remove the unwanted spacing.
