Per conversation with Fleff, and after the feature has been in production for about a month and has not seen any use aside from myself, it's deemed worthwhile to simply scrap the functionality.

Kinda hurts, but Fleff did make clear near the beginning that it wasn't something he was interested in, and I still managed to figure out classes and basic API use while working on it, so I still learned a lot.

Desired functionality is the removal of all code which powers /rgit-deals, /rgit-edit, and /rgit-list.

Notating for myself that I will likely keep the classes intact, even if not immediately put to use, as they will be helpful in completing #139
