I really do want /alert to be best practice in the server if a server or something goes down. So desired functionality is: if the bot sees a ping to the systems operator role, and then if certain words exist in the message as well, advise the user that in the future they should use alert.

I could also theoretically experiment with the bot deleting the user's message and instructing them to use alert. I would have to be careful about that to avoid false positives though. I don't want someone's message erroneously deleted if they are pinging the systems operator role for something that isn't an issue.
