Not much else to say. Since it's implementation in October it hasn't been as funny, even with better made material made for it, as I thought it would. Most of the laughs are not because the insult is good but because insults are triggered by @here and @everyone.

In other words, the feature has been lukewarm, and I think its time it gets the Ole' Yeller treatment.
