While testing #249 I discovered that /monitor allows adding someone for monitoring without giving them a name. That is no bueno.

This should be enforced in the method that adds the user to the table.

Wow, it's, uh, worse than I thought, hence the title change. When you add members EnduraBot doesn't require anything aside from a Discord ID. That is no bueno.

Command has been disabled for now.
