Replace /bibleq with /rquote #35

I'd rather the daily bible quote function be unique instead of it and /bibleq essentially performing the same function. So, instead, I'd like to rename /bibleq to /rquote.

/rquote will then pick from a list of "themes", so to speak, of context to give the out of context quote. It will pick a theme at random, and the theme will determine some introductory text and the formatting of the embed.

Right now I've landed on the themes of hr, court, and dating.
