Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
In-step with #51 , the bot still needs to know when things change in it's configuration files. The simplest solution is to have a command which manually triggers the bot to reload the relevant configuration.
