I am already in the process of this with the feat/mkdocs branch, but I am going to be creating proper development documentation for EnduraBot. Mostly for self, but perhaps others if anyone decides to want to help. There won't be any end-user documentation since no one is going to read it anyway and the nature of application commands makes it moot.

My interest in formal and proper documentation has waned. I may port over a "how to run a local instance" instructions on the wiki, along with a basic explanation of each command, on the wiki, if I feel like it.
