Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
What it says on the tin. Ensures that a user has a message with the given end-time of their role somewhere if the DM fails.
Closed by #156. Private notification functionality stripped out; all notifications are now public.
